i drink a litre of water throughout each session and half a litre throughout the day, plus a 250 ml glass of orange juice first thing in the morning and a 250 ml glass of pomegranate juice after lunch. so it cannot be dehydration. Im not straining or anything like that as i have a personal instructor who makes sure im doing everything correctly.

i also take a multi vitamin and mineral pill, omega 3,6,9, and evening primrose oil first thing too
