I'm a very thin guy, with a very fast metabolism.
Lately, I found this diet plan on Menshealth.co.uk:

Breakfast
A big bowl of cereal with toast
Mid morning snack
Banana with orange juice
Lunch
Large chicken baguette followed by a Mars bar
Mid afternoon snack
Fruit scone, with a portion of fruit.
Dinner
Big portion of chill or chicken or salmoni with a large portion of rice

I had the same problem. The only way I ever gained any weight was just to work out like a demon and eat everything in sight. Even then, after I'd put on a few pounds of muscle, as soon as I'd ease up on the workouts, my weight would drop. I was 6'2" and maxed out at 165.

Now that I've gotten old, things are different. I weigh 190 now, still thin, but I actually need to lose about 10 to feel comfortable.

Enjoy being thin. Be sure to make fun of all the fatties out there starving their asses off while you slam candy bars and ice cream. Just make sure you can out run them.

Why not just eat a good round meal for every meal. You do a good days work then you eat a big sausage egg and cheese biscuit for breakfast. Make sure your lunch is filling with a couple burgers or a burger and fries. Then eat a well balanced diner with a roll meat and vgatables. You will get your wieght like you need to be. In the army we were feed a well balanced diet and thoose that needd to gained and thoose that needed lost. But that was years ago for me so things might have changed for thoose now.

The mars bar doesn't sound sound like a good daily snack but maybe limit it to about two or three times a week. Also, be careful with the salmon and only eat it about once a week. High mercery and lead threat.
