Easy...
Run (or other cardio) for 3-5 miles daily (about 30-45 minutes) and limit your calories to 1200-1300 per day.
Limit calories from fat to 25% or about 325 calories from fat per day.
Drink lots of water.
Weight training will make you look better once you've lost some of that fat and increase your metabolism to boot.
At minimum you'll lose 2 pounds per week, that's over 25 lbs. by the end of summer!

i lost 35lbs on it in one month and a half. Basically i just wrote down everything that i consumed for the day even though it was just a small piece which still counted and just imagine all that food together. Scared the hell out of me there after i just ate one meal a day. Nothing with fat and excercised like four two hours daily. Doing crunches, running, fast waliking and a lil boxing. I got some cramps and was sore for a lil while but i just learned to not to try to work out two hours straight and instead give myself breaks to rest and stretch. basically doing this and just feeling guilty for everthing i ate in the past made me eat less and in no time i lost weight. Also no snacks only liquids after your meal for the day

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Ok, well, stop eating things that has more than 5 grams of sugar.Every morning wake up at about 8 or 9.00 and eat a healthy breakfast, eggs, meat, strawberries,etc,, and when you are done your breakfast go for a jog around your block 10 times.

Simple weight watchers!! The only long term weight loss program that you can live with, without gaining weight back. Follow the points plan and you will lose quickly.

the unhealthy way is to not eat and fast, you will rapidly loose weight but what you loose is water which will be easily gained back, you want to get rid of fat
the healthy weight is to do something that makes you sweat and your heart beat a lot. you must do this activity constantly to see results
you could do weight training but that adds weight sometimes due to the fact that muscle weighs more than fat
