They're all pretty much the same. It's not really the liquor that is the huge issue, although it is definitely there, it is what you mix it with. If you just drink scotch and water, that's not horrible, unless you drink 47 of 'em. If you drink pina coladas or some other fru fru drink, that's pretty much horrible.
You'd be better off with either one of the light beers or a white wine.

There is certainly a difference in the calories in various alcoholic beverages, but, of course, the amount is important too. Many people, when pouring a drink, tend to be a little generous and actually drink more than they think they are. So if you’re concerned about the calories, start by having a good sense of the real size of your drink.
Regular beer has about 150 calories in 12 ounces, about the same as a can of pop. Light beer has about 100 calories in the same size serving, so there are 33 per cent fewer calories, an amount that is substantial if you drink beer often. With hard liquor, including scotch, vodka, rum and whiskey, 1.5 ounces contain between 100 and 125 calories, while 3.5 ounces of wine (red, white or blush) contain about 75 calories.
By comparing these amounts, you can see that wine is lowest in calories, but again, the most significant issue to consider is the amount that you drink. Two drinks every night really add up, not only in terms of calories, but also in the effect that alcohol has on your metabolism.
While alcohol is fat free, you should look at it as if it was a little dessert in a glass. Alcohol is metabolized as a sugar in the body, and those added calories do count. Ideally if you are drinking with a meal, you should eat less to compensate accordingly for these calories; however, we tend to do the opposite. We typically drink alcohol at our largest meal of the day or week. We drink when we are out on a Saturday night and eating a large, rich meal. Or at the Shabbat table, which again is often a heavy meal. So be aware of how much you’re drinking as well as how often.
When you drink, you notice that you feel relaxed. Alcohol has an almost sedative-like effect. This slows your body down, including your metabolism. The alcohol does not necessarily do permanent damage to your metabolism – it returns to normal after the alcohol wears off – but in the interim, you are burning off the food less efficiently than if you had not consumed alcohol with the meal. Therefore, if you drink most nights, or many nights, then you create this effect often. This will not be a problem if you are careful about the quantity of both food and alcohol. Otherwise, it may contribute to added weight.
One way to indulge in alcoholic beverages and still limit calories is to have drinks like wine spritzers (wine mixed with soda water). Or try a bloody mary or bloody caesar. While fruit juice is high in calories, tomato juice is low and very filling, and you’ll eat less, making one of these a great cocktail party choice.
