Simple answer... but you have to be dedicated that's the hard part.
Eat: Breakfast then snack between breakfast and lunch. Eat Lunch then snack between lunch and dinner. finally eat dinner.
this will make your metabolism start working more often thus start burning more calaries but make sure the snakes you eat are healthy i.e. fruits, granola bars

Start doing cardio i.e. running, jumproping, anything to get your hear rate up and you actually break a sweat. also do some push up and lunges get rid of that are flab and *** flab. finally do crunches 4 sets of 30. then by august you should have lost around 25ish pounds.

make sure you exercise daily and you cut out all unatrual sugars. i.e. soft drinks, candy, and stay away from fast food.

Hi there, I'd like to help you out with this. I know how difficult it is to lose weight, having lost 95 pounds myself. I became a Wellness Consulant thereafter. I still needed to lose about 10-15 pounds and had hit a plateau. I started using the Fat Loss Patch, and that has helped me break the plateau. This Patch has good natural ingredients that are safe and effective such as Chromium Picolinate and Forslean to help balance out your metabolism. The Patch is not stimulant based(No Ephedra), thus no nervousness or jitteriness. I guarantee after the first week you will feel more energized and your cravings will be reduced. Let me know if you're interested, I can try to get you a discount and FREE Personal Consultation.

All the best to you,

Bianca

i lost 35lbs on it in one month and a half. Basically i just wrote down everything that i consumed for the day even though it was just a small piece which still counted and just imagine all that food together. Scared the hell out of me there after i just ate one meal a day. Nothing with fat and excercised like four two hours daily. Doing crunches, running, fast waliking and a lil boxing. I got some cramps and was sore for a lil while but i just learned to not to try to work out two hours straight and instead give myself breaks to rest and stretch. Also while working out it is good to listen to music. basically doing this and just feeling guilty for everthing i ate in the past made me eat less and in no time i lost weight. Also no snacks only liquids after your meal for the day

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Losing that kind of weight in that amount of time can send your body into shock. It can give you major health problems that you will have to endure for the rest of your life. Being skinny and in style isn't worth the long term effects you are at risk for. My suggestion if you want to lose any weight, go to a doctor and have them help you decide the best diet and amount of weight to lose.

theres a saying
if it takes you a long time to put the weight on it will take you a LONG time to take it off!!!
theres really no diet for you to go on.. but all you can do is eat healthy. that means NO JUNK FOOD or SODA.. exercises daily but take one day off, and burn more calories than you eat..
that will only reduce a little bit of weight but not a lot.. cuz it took you 2 years to gain the weight. .so it will take about 2 years to lose it!
