Yes this is normal. Dogs like to be territorial and when one pees the others like to put there sent over the other. As far as the order it is just a pattern that started that the dogs got used to. Dogs tend to be creatures of habit. Hope this helps!

It's just a territorial thing. If your dogs are getting along fine, then you're all set. It would seem as though the bulldog is the leader of the pack between the three of them, setting the example for the pit and the rotti who follow her lead. Very healthy and very normal.
On the other hand, if they have trouble getting along, then this could also signify a power struggle between the three of them. (I'm guessing this isn't the case, though if it is, given a little more information I might be able to give you some info to help you correct that issue.)
But to me, it sounds like you have three dogs who know their place in the pack and are coexisting nicely. Congrats!

I agree with the others, I guess. Everything I have heard and read about dogs back them up.
I think my 2 boys have a problem. One watches the other go pee and then he walks as far away as he can and then he goes. They go to opposite ends of the yard and when they choose to go in the house, they go to opposite ends of the house too. Might be time for the "Dog Whisperer".

No it's very normal. I have 2 dogs and they do the same thing. Each will pee over the others.

It's perfectly normal. One dog marks a spot as his/her "territory", then the others follow suit, adding their own chemical signatures to the spot. They're claiming their space.

Well let's get this straight it is just plain weird.
Maybe they feel comfortable doing that...maybe they don't need to mark their own territory because they fell close to each other.
If it starts to really bother you, go see a vet.
Good luck finding out!
