I have a huge, 6 hour exam tomorrow (Saturday June 2nd). Yesterday I felt great and was able to read and understand everything and felt very confident about the test.

Last night I woke up 4 or 5 times during the night because of a lot of different noises in the house. Today I feel like a zombie and have been trying to review the information but I just don't register anything I read and can't remember or put anything together.

Aside from trying to get to bed early and sleep the whole night tonight, what else can I do to think clearly? I've been trying to review today but I can't can't do it.

try not to go to sleep too early, or you'll wake up long before you should and end up tired again. eat breakfast, a real one not like pop tarts or anything. you'll get a sugar high that will make you crash and burn. try not to stress. Its ok to reveiw some more, but dont try to teach yourself. the worst thing you can do is overload on info. you'll end up forgetting everything. if you dont know it by now, its probly too late. good luck!

Don't come depend on them but try a sleeping pill. Do something like watch a movie or go out and not study for an hour or two, this way you can get focused. Chew peppermint gum, studies have shown this helps with memory. Also have some chocolate because this stimulates the brain. Also do not study too hard that you draw a black during your exam. I have done this many times. Good Luck on your exam !!!!!

Try an hour nap, make sure you set a loud alarm, or several alarm clocks though because if you don't wake up in an hour, you'll probably wake up at midnight, and believe me, that's a terrible feeling. But usually takin a quite nap will help me study.

relax. that is the most important. you have probably learned enough to do the test succesfully as long as you dont stress about it. sleep normally tonight and I suspect you will just do fine. if you feel horrible before, then make sure you drink enough tea or water or soda. that will help for a few hours. after that you go to sleep again....

I had that issue too when something important was going to happen the next day. One day I tried melatonin. Now I use that on these occasions and its never let me down.
