Some people add on a 1000 years or so if you're liberal about the lineages.

The story of Adam and Eve is a myth to teach a spiritual truth. The story of Jesus is not a myth. You are asking a question based upon a myth vs. a truth.

If you wish to squeeze Bible myths into the reality of science, about 200,000 years. That's when **** Sapiens first appeared.

If you want to go with the view that Adam and Eve were Australopithecus, then it would be anywhere from 1.2 to 4 million years.

Or you can choose to believe a fairy tale and go with One Hot Mamma: 4,000 years, give or take a fictitious ancestor.
