Into the Woods. The music of Stephen Sondheim is incredible and the storyline is so genius. Hands down the best musical!

I love music, so my pick happens to be a musical: Les Miserables.
I've seen it twice and it was fantastic both times. I'm comparing it to other shows I've seen that are now or were once on broadway including: Stomp, My Fair Lady, Grease, Chicago, The Lion King, Phantom, etc.
The best broadway show is going to have something for everyone: drama, comedy, costumes, and a fantastic story. (and or course music for a musical.)

The Phantom of the Opera is the play I have ever seen. Its been on broadway for like 19 years, so it must be really good.

there are all kinds of good shows depends on the attachment you have especially if you have been in them... i personally think Wicked is brilliant. everything about it.....
I love jekyll and hyde
but i was in rent twice so i have a super soft spot for that show.... NOT THE MOVIE but the show,.. the show is much better the movie is missing some of hte best moments the broadway show has to offer.....
Children of Eden is great too..... just depends

Rent. It has good music and a great plot. The Phantom of the Opera is really good too.

Rent. I also love the music from Wicked but I haven't seen it yet. I'm hoping to get tickets for myself and 2 of my friends when it comes to my city.
