Yes of course!
John 1:1 says that God became flesh ( Jesus Christ) the New Testament is about His New Covenant with us who believe-- His salvation and promised Holy Spirit. It directs us who are christians and guides and teaches us into all truth- it holds the gospel of Jesus Christ, in which EVERYONE needs to hear!
The Old Testament, builds up the entrance for Jesus-- it prophesy's His coming...and has many lessons to teach us as well and reveals mysteries when we seek God's wisdom through His Holy Spirit- for the entire word of God is truth.

Yes God is an eternal being and change requires time. Therefore God is the same yesterday today and forever.
The two covenants were during different time spans, although everyone looks for Jesus for the redemption of their souls.

Yes! Because Jesus is the God in the new testament because he is one with the holy spirit. In the Bilble Jesus even says,"How can you ask to see the father if you already have (Jesus.)" Also God just takes flesh as Jesus, his son through Mary.

Depends on who you ask. Personally, I say they are one and the same. That said, I think all versions of God are one and the same, so that's by bias in this question. One God, multiple views from a diverse body of people.

there is only one God...the difference between the old and new testament is the covenant between Jesus and God compared to the covenant between Adam and God...the new covenant cannot be broken because it was between Jesus and God...God is the same yesterday today and forever...what people fail to realize is that he gave US the power and we have blamed him and abused ourselves ever since....hope it helps

According to Jesus in The Apocryphon of John the previous ten people would all be wrong and calling Jesus a liar. Jesus told us that the god of Moses was satan. Be smart, reject the god of Moses, he is not the Father of Jesus.
