ANyone have any easy, good doughnut recipes I can make at home??

Quick and Easy Doughnuts:

20 min 10 min prep
10 servings

1 (10 count) can refrigerated biscuits
oil or Crisco shortening (for frying)
frosting (optional) or powdered sugar (optional)

1. Heat 1 inch of oil or Crisco Shortening in a skillet or heat up a Deep Fat Fryer or Fry Daddy.
2. Separate biscuits, lay each one on a paper towel until ready to fry.
3. Hold each biscuit inbetween your hands leaving thumbs free.
4. With one of your thumbs, make a hole in each biscuit.
5. Fry in the hot oil until brown.
6. Turn over and fry until brown on the other side.
7. Cool the doughnuts.
8. Frost them or sprinkle with Powdered Sugar.

The doughnut method is good. My sister made good doughnuts, and she made her own frosting.
Just mix sugar and water in a pot, heat on med-low, and stir constantly until thickened (sugar will be disolved).

well when i make home made doughnuts i take some buiscuits and then puncture a hole in the middle and then put them in a fryer like the kind you fry frys in and then when you take them out let them dry a little and then sprinkle them whatever you like

you can fry biscuits and sprinkle sugar on em to make chinese doughnuts.

GET DOUGH AND MAKE A CIRCLE..THEN GET THE NUT AND STICK IT IN THE MIDDLE to make the hole in the dogh...then you get a doughnut!
