Is it true you can only install Microsoft Office 2003 Professional Edition onto 2 computers?

It depends on your licensing. For the standard version, I think that is correct. Corporate versions are different.

Yes this is true and there are even more restrictions to that. You can only install Office 2003 Pro on 1 home desktop computer and 1 mobile computer per license. So you can't install (legally) Office 2003 Pro on 2 home Desktops only 1 desktop and 1 mobile(laptop/notebook) computer. Good Luck HTH.

technically - no, you are voiding the software licensing agreement

some versions of office can be purchased to allow corporations to let employees install a copy for home use. but this is not free. it is just an additional charge in the corporate licensing.

You can install it on as many as you want but, you need a license for each computer it is on.
