Okay It is like this. I started to work her at this new job now 6 months now and i have gained like 20lbs in those months. I think it is bec it is an office job. Anyway do you have any idea how i can lose weight like really fast. I know about working out and eating sensibly but do you think binge eating or not eating solid food would be any more of a help and faster. What do you recommend that has worked for you. I want people who have been through this. Also how long do you think it will take to lose those pounds that i have gained and how do i do later to keep it off?

ok i am seriously thinking of doing what i did before i lost 35lbs on it in one month and a half. Basically i just wrote down everything that i consumed for the day eventhough it was just a small piece which still counted and just imagine all that food together. Scared the hell out of me there after i just ate one meal a day. Nothing with fat and excercised like four two hours daily. Doing crunches, running, fast waliking and a lil boxing. I got some cramps and was sore for a lil while but i just learned to not to try to work out two hours striaght and instead give myself braks to rest and strech. basically doing this and just feeling guity for everthing i ate in the past made me eat less and in no time i lost weight. Also no snacks only liquids after your meal for the day. What do you think? Should i go for it again?

Seriously -- the only thing that works is eating fewer calories than your body uses. That's the ONLY thing that works. The rest are just gimmicks.
1. Estimate how many calories you need to eat in a day to "break even" (that is, to not gain or lose weight). The best way is to go to a nutritionist or a trainer, but you can do a quick estimate with this formula: The # of calories you need in a day = 655 + (4.3 x weight in pounds) + (4.7 x height in inches) - (4.7 x age in years), plus add 20% of this number if you are "sedentary" (mostly inactive), 30% if lightly active, 40% if moderately active (exercise 6 or 7 days) , and 50% if extremely active (every day, intensely, prolonged basis).
So, if you are 150 pounds and 5'5 (for example), and "lightly active" you would need only 1,928 calories to "break even."
So, now you've got your estimate -- so what you should try to do is limit your calories to no more than that amount (and no less than about 1500). Add moderate exercise to that so you are burning about 500 calories per day exercising, and you will most likely lose about 1-2 pounds per week.
Control your food intake until you are aware of the rough amount of calories contained in each meal that you eat. It'll take a little work in the bigging - label reading -- internet searches (e.g. calories chicken -- and there are sites that will tell you how many calories are in a certain portion size of chicken).
What you will find is that you were eating way more than you needed to eat every day. You'll get control over that, and learn to listen to your body. And, you'll start to have a good handle on how many calories are in most of the foods that you encounter. I don't mean that you will know "exactly" -- all you need is a rough idea, and then be conscious of whether you are gaining or losing fat.

Dont binge eat (do you even know what the hell it is: it's eating large amounts of food in a small amount of time), or purge, when you eat randomly your body will make up for lost calories by storing them whenever you do eat. Not a good idea. Instead, eat well rounded meals, very little meat, if any at all, consistantly 3-6 times a day. Eating 3 major meals, and 3 smaller ones (healthy snacks) is best. The key is to get your metabolism going again and not to let fall back into drone world where it starts to slow down and you gain weight. Eating Vegetarian is also better because when you eat meat it makes you feel tired and your prone to become lazy. I would also recommend doing some exercise; like before dinner (walking, aerobics, or strength training) for 15 minutes a day. NO CHEATING.

Hi there, I'd like to help you out with this. I know how difficult it is to lose weight, having lost 95 pounds myself. I became a Wellness Consulant thereafter. I still needed to lose about 10-15 pounds and had hit a plateau. I started using the Fat Loss Patch, and that has helped me break the plateau. This Patch has good natural ingredients that are safe and effective such as Chromium Picolinate and Forslean. The Patch is not stimulant based(No Ephedra), thus no nervousness or jitteriness. I guarantee after the first week you will feel the difference. Let me know if you're interested, I can try to get you a discount.
All the best to you,
Bianca

Purging and other stuff like that won't work. It took 6 months to put on 20 lbs - that's about 3-4 lbs a month. That's a good rate to lose it - about 1 lb per week. The best way is to eat a light but nutritional variety of food, and exercise more.

I sit for 9 hours a day, im a receptionist. I box whenever I have free time! I love it, its fun and I look better everyday. You will notice a difference right away if you box or do other cardio for ONE HOUR 3-5 TIMES A WEEK You will do nothing if you dont eat less calories and dont workout for a whole hour. 30 mins does nothing! ONE HOUR!! any cardio will make you loose weight. All you have to do is cut your calories (prob. to like 1500 day) for me since im only 135lbs (1300 day). I work out about 3-4 times a week and cut my calories. This is how to lose weight.

same thing i told the other guy, lose more calories than you take in. eat negative calorie foods as much as you can, meaning you burn more calories digesting them than you gain from eating them. a diet plan that helped drop 30 pounds a month before my prom easily, and without working out. 1800 calories a day, only 540 of them from fat. If you can only eat those 1800 and burn more than that, you should be slim and happy in no time
