my diet:
ok first really how old are you? Im guessing your a teenager or younger than 25.
so basically dont use these diet fads such as slim fast and that crap. use a real diet/healthy way of life. I tip boost your confidence. It helps ALOT!! wel here's the diet:
Breakfast:
most of us dont have time for this but it affects are weight the most
people that skip breakfast tend to gain more weight because of the slowed-down metablisom.
take-
8 oz of a healthy smootie
-strawberries(freash)
-bananas(optional)
-other berries
-2% milk--dont use SKIM because 1. we need that calcium and vitamin D to process CORRECTLY
-ice
-splenda(its 0 calories!)
*BLEND ALL INGREDIANTS THROUGHLY*
or
-not in the mood for that??
take

-light mayo
-some mustard
-tomatoes
-100% whole wheat OR rye bread(2 slices or 1 if you prefer)
*MINCE THE EGG AND MIX IT THROUGHLY WITH LITE OR FATFREE MAYO. SPREAD IT ON THE TOAST. PUT ON MUSTARD AND TOMATOES IF U WANT
or
healthy cereal
LUNCH/DINNER:
-salad
or
-low fat sandwich(if u havnt eaten bread in the morning)

-fish
or
-grilled chicken

-fruits && cearal
or
-granola bar & cereal
DESERT:
fruits(starberries and watermelon are great for the summer!)
cheat days:
once a week you can have a starbucks frapichino(ask for no whipped creme and nonfat/lowfat milk)

one small bag of baked chips
once every two weeks:
-baked chips

once a month:
-icecream or a milkshake FROM A ICECREAM SHOP

well guess what at an icecream shop you can only get an smnt of quantity ONCE unlike if u buy icecream from walmart or whatever ull be tempted to eat the entire thing GET IT?

U DONT HAVE TO RUN LIKE AN IDIOT FOR HOURS A DAY
-NO EXERSIZE=NO CHEATING
-EAT VEGGIES AND FRUITS FOR SNACKS
-NO FAST FOOD(MANY POUNDS LOST!)
-NO SODA(EXTRA POUND LOST!)
-NO TRANS FAT AT ALL MAYBE 1 GRAM A YEAR IF U WANT
-DAILY SAT FAT: LESS THAN 10 GRAMS A DAY
-DAILY FAT: LESS THAN 35 GRAMS
-TOTAL CALORIE INTAKE: 1200-1600
-BURN 200-800 CALORIES A DAY FOR FAST WEIGHT LOSS
-REMEMBER: EAT HEALTHY DONT STARVE THAT WILL SLOW DOWN UR METABLISOM AND MAKE U FATTER

Why do you want to be that skinny? Are you a emo wannabe? Guys who weigh 120 look sickly most of the time. Just tone up; 141 isn't unhealthy for a guy. I wouldn't suggest losing that much unless you are trying to make a weight class for wrestling.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

swap out brown rice or quinoa yes even the new super food which both add up to about 220 calories per cup for cauliflower or roasted peppers that are only about 30 calories per cup
