looks steadily and deeply in my eyes I get confused totally, blush and act stupidly? knowing that am excessively shy and he still says "I like your shyness". How can I overcome myself in such situations?

If he likes your shyness, why would you want to change that?? Looks like you're attracted to him. Is he your boyfriend yet? If not, go on a few more dates and get to know him better. If he's good for you, you'll overcome your shyness with love. Good Luck

Don't ever overcome it. That's to let him know that you really like him and he likes knowing that he can make you melt.
My husband and I have been married so long and I still get shy around him...Thats one of the many ways he knows that I love him...

i am really shy also like that...you have to just get a bit more comfortable with this person thats all

Make yourself think about what you think of him, not about what he is thinking of you. You are okay just as you are, be yourself. You are too worried about what he is thinking of you. You can change this, give it a try.
