yeah, the feeling of ebing tired just stays aroun d for forever! at least for me.

My most painful symptom was the terrible sore throat that lasted about two weeks. Before mono, I never fell asleep in class and always sort of had a tough time falling asleep at bedtime.

as soon as i got mono, i was always tired and falling asleep in class. these symtpoms lasted 6-12 months for me..

however, it's been 5 years and my sleeping habits are still not back to normal. I get so sleepy in the middle of the day (even though Ive had 9 hrs of sleep) that I fall asleep in class sometimes, and every night all I have to do is lay my head down and Im out.

of course, this could be because i'm very active or.. because im older now.. i dont know!

I

I had it for 3 months !! The first month was the worst !! I couldn't eat I would sip some clear soup but that was it !! Then my appetite got a little better so I started eating more soup with noodles !! By the 3rd month I was really tired all the time I never slept so much in my life !! It took 3 months before I felt like myself again!!

The first time I had it, I didn't really feel "well" for about 4 months.

The 2nd & 3rd times (yep, I'm one of "those people") it wasn't as bad-- a couple weeks of feeling crappy, then I was ok.
