Granted some were killed by other Iraqis but without our unwarranted and inept invasion of their country the conditions for the current epic amount of fratricide would never have come about.
Some have been accidentally killed by the US as collaterall damage is showing an (at times depraved) indifference for human life not a sin then?

Also, I know that sometimes God sanctions war, the old testament is pretty much a how to guide to ethnic cleansing and genocide--it's just that christians like to pretend they have the moral high ground

All these religions and their delusions of a god are what caused all this. Bush is at fault but so are alot of other people/groups. I've grown up over the years and don't go burning flags whenever a new michael moore film comes out.
Bush and his administration are to blame for alot of the horrors in the middle east but so are the middle eastern governements selling their own people to the U.S. killing machine.

He won't.
That's because no matter what the 10 commandments say, they were written by superstitious men a long time ago, not God. They are a poorly inadequate list of moral dictums, as any such list would be. They leave out, for example, equality for women, prohibition against slavery, any mention of rape, or other abuse, and many other ills of conscience.
God doesn't really exist. Christianity, Judaism, and the rest are all just organized superstitions. Bush is an idiot who cost the lives of many innocent people, though Saddam does retain some complicity in this, too. However, there won't be any divine retribution for it. Hopefully, there will be, at least, a human one.

The command is not to commit murder. and war is not the same thing. But the other side of the coin is that all of the politicians will be judged for what they did to the country. and W will be right in there.
I supported the war in the beginning thinking that we were liberating the people from Saddam and also relating to terrorism.. Now I think that it can never be won and Saddam should have been treated like we did to Omar Kadaffi and we really can't possible resolve Iraq's problems.. If they want to fight they have to do it for themselves..
But the murder thing is in the New Testament, "if we hate our neighbor we are guilty of murder" we all get to pass before the throne and pay our dues..so to speak

Believe it or not but sometimes God sanctions war. King David, it is said in scripture, killed tens of thousands of men in war(1 Samuel 18:7) and God chose him to be the lineage to Jesus Christ!

That commandment has been mistranslated. From the original Hebrew, it should be, "Thou shalt not murder." Murder is premeditated, and carefully (or not) thought out.
Killing is allowed in self-defense, and in cases where you are saving someone else.
I'm sure that God will judge the insurgents who have killed 64,000 dead civilians and will send them straight to hell.
By the way, it's not us that's killing them. It's the terrorists that are driving car and truck bombs into markets and throwing bombs into churches.
But then, if you only get your news from Michael Moore and Rosie O'Donnel, you'd think that we were nothing but barbarians.

That is not for humans to worry about, that is between him and God.
There is no way of knowing how many lives it saved in the long run.
I would not want to guess either way, I pray that our leaders make wise decisions based on what God wants.
We just need better options for President.

If there were a god, I think he might judge the other Iraqis who killed them pretty harshly.

Not too bad, since the militant Muslims are the ones that killed them and more.

I think that he should be forgiven. Like the mass killings by god herself, Bush killed all of these people out of his boundless love for them.
