If you have a good job, you can sponsor your bf to come to the uk, but he must have a job as well and he will get a tourist visa.
But as you are pregnant, I advise you to marry in Morocco first, then he can apply for the visa.
I dont think that being pregnant is an obstacle, I think it proves how serious your relation is and it shows that it's an a white marriage, that you are really interested in each other and not that you are trying to help him to get into UK.
Getting married in Morocco is going to be a long procedure, you need to bring many papers from UK, translate them...
After marriage, it will take your future husband months to get a visa interview, he must know many things about you to answer the questions right.
I wish you the best of luck.

You are in a bad situation and I am sorry for this. Being pregnant will not help your situation at all and will most likely not make the Visa process any easier. You need to get started on that right away, but you may want to actually consider getting married first. Visa refusal is always a possibility, but try to be optimistic. Please speak to an immigration attorney for better advice than you can get here.

To the person attacking people from North Africa, you really need to educate yourself and stop stereotyping others. This woman has enough trouble without your insults. I have met many wonderful people from North Africa and am married to a Moroccan man.

HI THERE DONT GET STRESSED UP I CAN SEE MANY PEOPLE ACTUALLY HERE DID NOT ANSWER YOUR QUESTION JUST GAVE THEIR OPINION WHICH IN YOUR CASE IS NOT NEEDED.I AM TOO MARRIED TO FOREIGNER AND YES IT IS A BIT DIFFICULT BUT IT IS POSSIBLE
EU/EEA nationals do not require residence permits. However, if you wish for non-EEA national members of your family to join you in the EEA UK, you will need to apply for an EEA Family Permit. You can only apply for a Family Permit in the country of which you are a national.
CALL HOME OFFICE GET ALL THE DOCS THEY REQUIRE AND GET THE PERMIT.IF YOU NEED TO BE LEGALLY MARRIED I SUPPOSE YOU DO DO IT SOONER BECAUSE IT IS IMPORTANT FOR IMMIGRATION TO KNOW THAT YOU ARE MARRIED TO THE FATHER OF YOUR CHILD..GOOD LUCK..

Well maybe you two should get married and then he can apply for a VISA in your country. A baby will make things harder on you, but women are strong! Good Luck and God Bless.

Not sure how committed your relationship if after 3 yrs you still live seperate. I get he's in another country but....are you both truly committed to making this work AT LEAST 18 yrs? Babies make life harder...INCLUDING deportment & marriage.

Marriage would fix it if he's not a criminal....but are you sure you want that?

:-( I'm sure there's an application that can facilitate a visa if you're pregnant... but I think first you must officially be married to this man, a legal marriage recognized by the Uk.. THAT would make it easy, unless he has a criminal background that is significant.

should of been married first before you decided to take such a difficult step in your lives. now you have to pay the consequences of not knowing whether the father will be able to live with you and your child or not.

Sorry! Babies never make life easier, only harder. That's why you should make sure your life is ready for a baby before you make one.
