what is the name of the pills that clean out backed up matter in your small intestines???

its suppose to be a natural supplement. i seen it on tv and ive seen flyers about it. it helps your middle (stomach) get smaller.

I didn't know that existed. I am curious now. I have heard of colon cleansing things, but never something to clear your intestines...interesting!
