Yes, i do as well. And actually, i don't add the seasoning until almost all of the moisture is gone, making for a stronger-seasoned dish! :)

I can't believe I'm the only one on here who loves the broth!!
My mom would eat the soup and leave the broth for me to drink. I love it!
And I just created an egg drop ramen soup. Boiled the noodles when done stir in an egg that's been beaten into the boiling water and then add green onions. The oriental flavor is best for this!
I'm looking forward to trying some of these other suggestions!

I drain 1/2 the juice out.

OOOH me!!! People think Im crazy because I drain off the "soup part" of the soup! I drain all the water then add my seasoning pack to make sure I get all the flavor instead of adding while cooking and it goes down the drain!

YES! I didn't read the package in college so I've been draining them and just stirring in the seasoning for years now. I thought I was the only one! I like adding a few drops of hot sesame oil to it after it's stirred.

My friends think this is grose but I drain the juice add a little regular real mayo and cooked mixed veggies seasoned. The mayo makes it creamy. Yummy!

I like Ramens any way...but my favorite is cooked and then drain the water off, put half the seasoning package in and mix it up with butter and parmesean cheese. Yummy!

I boil it in plain water, rinse in cold water, boil more water for the sauce and add to the noodles. This makes the noodles stiffer instead of mushy and gets rid of the starch water that comes when you boil the noodles. Delicious! :-)

I don't, but my husband does. He likes to add a can of tuna to his noodles and I hate the way tuna smells, so the house starts to stink up and I make him rinse out the can and take it out to the garbage right away.
