to improve my stamina and endurance.
I'm 155 lbs, 5/10, toned around my shoulders and arms.

I want to get big and toned.
My average calorie assumption per day is 3000.

Will jogging every morning help me get big soon?

running is cardio and helps LEAN the body, not build muscle. you have to lift weights to do that. try to fit in some weight lifting w/ the cardio so that you're creating leaner muscle that will build better, as opposed to building on fat (even if you only have a little bit of fat now).

well radio station all depends on where you live =o) invest in an ipod nano or regular ipod, they are LIFE savors, don't know how i ever did without! go jogging before you eat, you'll burn more calories that way, and if you eat before you jog, wait at least an hour to run so your body has some time to digest and so you don't cramp. afterwards you should eat protien, if before, eat some whole wheat toast, or banana, something to give you a little boost of energy so you won't be hungry during your jog.

Jogging won't help you get big and toned. It will actually slim you down. It's great cardio and fantastic for improving your stamina and endurance. If you want to tone yourself up and gain muscle mass you'll have to work weight training in as well.

Sure why not. Jog to the local donut shop and bump that calorie consumption to around 6000 a day and you should be big in no time.
