Toddler Group near Smithfield, Selma, NC?

I am looking for a group for my toddler. I want to have him socialize with other toddlers, and I would like to be able to associate with other parents. It doesn't have to be every week or for a long period of time. But an hour or so once every few weeks. Does anyone know of anything like this, or would anyone be interested?

This is a bit of a stretch, but I like the Mothers and More group in my community
