if you have tried the airtravel sickness pills and they dont work...try ginger...you can buy candied ginger and carry it with you...alot of it is in your brain too...visualize yourself not getting sick morning and evening before your going to bed and it helps...but most flights carry gingerale or you take some and add the candied ginger to the gingerale and sip on it...works wonders...hope it helps

i'm going to agree with rowdysunsetart... ginger is a great thing to take in regards to motion-sickness... you can always take dramamine and knock out for the entire flight (what are you missing anyway?), but if you're of the naturopathic belief, ginger is great. They also make those electric wristbands that send tiny electric pulses through your body... i'm skeptical of these though... I hear they work for some people and not for others.

Because motion sickness is usually caused by a disagreement between what the eye sees and what the inner ear tells the brain, often getting the two to agree will correct the feeling of imbalance. Look out the window and watch the world go by. If your eyes see that the world is moving and your ear tells you so, the sickness may dissipate. Fresh air also helps, but unfortunately you're not allowed to open the windows on a plane. Good luck, though, with your sickness problems.

Take a Dramamine (non drowsy) before you leave for the airport, take another right before you get on the plane and you will be fine. You should only need one table at a time, but can take two if needed. You don't really want a patch from the doctor since the flight isn't that long and they are expensive. If it's a really long flight, take another half way through.

If you don't like Dramamine there are other tablets, like Marzine. I get those when I go on a boat, you don't need a prescription but you to have to order them.

i'm conscious of those indicators (in that very order) What I do is kinda unusual besides the shown fact that it relatively works. on the 1st indicators of the flu, i'm getting my bottle of Chloraseptic and spray two times, dazzling right down to the back of my throat. then (it relatively is the unusual section) I persuade myself that i'm nicely (U ought to truly have faith it) and guess what? my physique responds... and despite if i fall ill in any respect it relatively is only a runny nostril. I relatively have been doing this for a year now without fail. Having diet C pills handy is likewise a competent thought.
