I love good ol' Krispy Kreme's- glazed or jelly-filled! My sisters used to take me there when I was a kid and I insisted on a plain glazed donut with a hole. They tried to give me a jelly filled and I refused...because it didn't have a hole!!

I absolutely LOVE jelly donuts -- the kind w/powdered sugar on 'em -- not granulated. The very best ones I've every eaten in my entire life were made by Entenmann's, but I haven't seen their donuts in years (but I ALWAYS look, just in case!). Anyway, you know how sometimes there's just barely any jelly in your donut at all & it sucks so bad? Well, the Entenmann's ones were so LOADED & FULL of thick, delicious blackberry jelly, that when you lifted one up out of the box, it actually felt HEAVY in your hand. Omigod! It was the best donut EVER.

My favorites are anything custard or raspberry filled. They are sooooooo yummy. I haven't had many Krispy Kreme donuts. The one I did have was out of this world though. We dont have one up here or anywhere close. So I only get 'em if I go down south. Such a bummer.

bavarian cream filled with either sugar glaze or chocolate on top. Krispy Kreme is the best where I'm from (NC) but now, in NJ, they only have Dunkin Donuts....

Shipley Donuts are the best, but the are not nationwide. The Plain Glazed are sooooo yummy. Damn it I want a donut right now!

My favorite donut has to be the oreo donut from the Donut Mill. Its this awesome little donut shop and cafe in Red deer AB. The reason its my favorite is because they dont fill their donuts with pudding they fill it with real wipped cream. And the oreo donut is filled with oreo wipped cream. Its AMAZING!
