You can certainly go online to the Greyhound Bus Web-site. Also- check the Yellow Pages, get the phone # to the closest Greyhound Bus Service in your area, then call them. If you live near enough to one, you could go there to ask.

No, it's one bus per route. And all the ones that leave from Newark are nearly full. Most of them come from Port Authority in Manhattan, so you may want to see if your bus starts there and board it there, so you know that you'll get a seat. Also see if you can take Amtrak, because riding the bus is a horrible experience.
