yes go to www.petfinder.com although you are not looking for a dog they have many mixs on the there that purebreed site won't have and one that might look like yours, hey you may even find a new pet to!

i have a pit/lab mix . she has traits of both, could be that your dog has both bull terrier and pitbull in it. both breeds being from the "bully" breeds. i agree with everyone else does it really matter?

Need to know? you mean WANT. Come on... A mix can look like anything depending on the dominant genes. If you really want to know, vets can do a dna test with a swab of your dogs saliva. Where will this get you? Do you love the dog? then who cares?

Pitts are also known as Stafford bull terriers. Get an AKC (American kennel club) book on breed standards at the library look up both and you will have a pretty good idea.
