Chlorine isn't good for them. It is highly toxic, interferes with digestion and mineral absorption, and has been linked to increased cancer risks and other health problems. Many dog owners won't even give their dogs tap water if their municipal water supply uses chlorine in the water (and you probably shouldn't be drinking chlorinated tap water yourself, either). The occasional lap from the pool probably won't hurt your dogs. If they are doing it often, that's definitely a problem.
Make sure there is fresh water available near the pool, and they may stop drinking the pool water. If they don't, you will need to keep them away from the pool or cover it.
If your dogs swim in the pool, make sure to rinse them with plain water or give them a quick shampoo when they are done. The chlorine will dry out their hair and skin if you don't.

No just as long as you dont allow them to drink it right after you add more chemicals in the pool. You should always have a big bowl of clean water for them any way.
My dog drink from my pool from time to time and they have been just fine.
My dogs swim in my pool all the time. I do give them a quick rince with the hose once I know that they are done swimming.

Chlorine water shouldn't be a ordinary thing.Mabe once in a while. But don't make "But they like it" an exuse to give it to them.
Also have a water dish nearby so they would more likley drink fresh water.
Check your Pet Docter first or look it up,cover the pool up or don't let them out to prevent the worst.

My three dogs drank from the pool and lived well over thirteen years. They drank from the toilet when inside, the drank from the pool when they were outside and hot. They never used their water bowls

It can't be good for their sysytems at all with all the chemicals. I would try to prevent by tying them up of putting up a fence around the pool.
