Maybe it's just another government plot and space doesn't really exist. And the moon landing took place in the lot behind a Winn-Dixie. Thus heaven is merely a bait for which the same government is using to control us and bring up mindful and respectable citizens. If we are good we get a treat, like a heaven token, like at the ChuckECheese.

There are three heavens presented in Scripture: The atmosphere (the first heaven), space (the second heaven), and the dwelling-place of God (the third, and final, heaven). Since they go from smallest (the atmosphere) to largest, Heaven, it's entirely possible that you see Heaven every day and don't know it. But, it may be something, or somewhere, else altogether, a place outside of the known universe. This is especially more likely if there are, in fact, multiple dimensions of existence (as scientists have theorized).

After this world, God will take the saved ones and create a new world. Only for the ones who are saved.

What is above on a sphere? There's only away from the center. The physical universe has nothing to do with heaven except as metaphor for infinity.

This is just my thoughts. The Bible says that we have 3 heavens. The one you see when you look up and see the stars. However, when you get completely out of our universe, then there is another universe where Satan and his fallen angels live as they transport themselves back and forth to the earth. They've been cast out of God's heaven because Jesus said he saw Satan fall like lightning. And the third and most glorious universe is where God lives. God's angels and Satan's angels can go back and forth from earth to their heavens. And these angels war in the heavens as the good angels try to get through the bad angels to get to us. The book of Daniel in the Bible explains this when Gabriel tried to get to Daniel.

well probably because its a metaphor but it can never be true think about it.......
heaven is above us right and hell is down below right?
but then since our earth is spherical hell must be in the middle of the earth right?WRONG!How can soil,rock and whatever else on earth hold all the evil creatures of hell?which means hell is deeper down than the middle of the earth and once again since the earth is spherical hell must be above earth but since heaven is above earth this cannot be thus canceling each other out
