Milk is hard for many people to digest. You may be lactose intolerant.

Try organic milk. If that doesn't work try lactose free milk or soy milk. You can also buy tablets over the counter that will help. As long as you eat healthy you really don't need to drink milk.

It may be due to deficiency of the enzyme LACTASE which is required to digest the lactose sugar leading to the fermentation of the sugar in the small intestine causing flatulence and farting

you are probably lactose intolerant. do other dairy products give you gas as well? try switching to soy or lactose-free milk.
