All in all, I'm not a sweaty person at all. I can totally exert myself with hardly a drop. But when it comes to my hands I guess they could be described as clammy. It's definitely not severe (aka not Palmar Hyperhidrosis), but it is an issue I'd like resolved- preferably with over-the-counter products. Any help?

You'll find that your hands are not abnormally sweaty when you are physically hot but do sweat more when you are nervous. Try washing them often and carying around a small paper or cloth towel to wipe them. I don't think cream would do any good.

I have the same problem! Ok so idk how old u are but what wold i do is go to sephora or any makeup store and get really nice (and mabey expensive) lipstick or gloss that u adore! Wear it everyday and every time u feel the urge to just remember how nice your lips look and how u will ruin them. Hope i helped:) Oh and also i put glue on my hand and wait for it to dry. Then i peel it off. It keeps me from peeling my lips bc i am concentratex on that. Ik it sounds weird and dpgross but trust me, it works!!( for this i would use modge podge or elmers gue.:)

try to soak with warm water with sea salt for 25 to 30 min. it better at night time and do not rinse, do it at least 3 consecutive night.

If you get nervous you will sweat! everyone is built different , just carry a little bottle of sanitizer with you to refresh your hands from time to time.

it is usually from stress. I am afraid there is no cure, but you grow out of it as you get older.
