I saw on a cooking channel a metal initial/brand type thing, you use it to brand your name on the steaks???

Anyone know where I can find one?? It's metal and should come in all the letters.

Lots of places make them, you can easily search for "steak grill branding iron". Here is just one site that comes up:

The show (if it is the same one I watched) had the kind you put ON the grill surface itself -- and those were for emblems of schools (colleges / universities) and sports teams, mostly.

Guess that would only be good if u were using it to serve steaks at a wedding reception...otherwise a waste of money!
