it depends on the woman, if you look trashy to begin with a tattoo will make you look worse. but if you are really attractive it doesn't matter

I personally Love tatoos. Im 26 and I have 3 you can see them on My Myspace if you like the name in bass_for_god.
My wife also has one, but I guess it al depends on what you want to get and where. There is tasteful tatoos for women, and there is also distasteful. One of My rules is that I will not get a tatoo that dose not represent a part of me that will never change. And I will not get something on the spur of the moment. My 3 tats are a cross for my Faith, a dreamcatcher for My haritage, and a Phinox for my ability to overcome diversity. I hope this helps. Make sure you think it through. Tatoos are forever, not somthing you should rush into.

You asked a very loaded question! On one hand you've got a lot of people with absolutely no tattoo experience, telling you what will happen when you get a tattoo. Just as many people with tattoos will contradict those statements, saying that has not been their experience.
Everyone has a different opinion about what is attractive and unattractive. In my eyes it's no different then people being attracted to someone tall, short, dark hair, light hair. It's all in the eye of the beholder. Of course people who hate tattoos say it's unattractive, and vise verse.
In the end it's your body and only you can make the decision. If you are the least bit unsure then wait. Definitely start small. And if you get one, just be prepared for the reaction you will get. You have to be pretty thick skinned to have visible tattoos and not worry about what anyone thinks.
The only opinion that matters to me is my husbands, and he loves my tattoos.....
Good luck with your decision!

The attractiveness of anyone or anything is very subjective, so I can only answer in the affirmative from my own perspective. However, what I and others think should be secondary to what you think - would a tattoo on *your* body be attractive to *you*?
It's always a personal decision to get one, and for most people I'd recommend something small but personal. The pain might be more than they expect, something small might be all they want, they might be concerned or required by their job to keep it conceal, etc and so on.
However, if you're not sure if you want one or are too concerned over what others think, pass. You can change your mind later and get one when you're sure. Like marriage it's a big commitment, and yet not for everyone.

The Mack Sennett answer is probably--movies had (and characteristic) a good impression on ordinary lifestyle, as whilst undershirt revenues plummeted after Clark Gable did no longer positioned on one in It occurred One night. i've got study that for the period of the previous 1915, prostitutes have been the team standard for shaving. the government motives women folk shave are aesthetics, scent, and custom. bushy armpits on an in any different case groomed woman, extraordinarily whilst she's donning something like a sleeveless ballgown, look unkempt, unsophisticated, and earthy--a extra hippy look than usually needed. in the event that they're moist with sweat, even worse. Hair additionally traps scent, so which you 're going to have extra BO in case you're unshaven. And third, culturally there's a EWWW ingredient--we are only no longer used to seeing it. Shaving the legs is done strictly for cultured motives--hair decrease than nylons gets all bunched up and ruins the graceful look of the leg, and long, dark leg hair seems masculine. The aesthetics have lots to do with attaining an phantasm of maximal youthfulness, as referred to by employing some right here. women folk usually choose for to look sparkling and girlish, and actual do no longer choose for to ask comparisons with an previous, bushy guy.

I am female over 50 and have a very cute one on my hip. It's there in the summer but out of site and mind when living and working in the real world. Just remember appearance is a big thing when applying for the job of your dreams. I am sorry but if you have tattoos down you neck and arms I wouldn't want you working the front desk of my office when all my customers and guest would want to know where I found you at. First impressions always last. I am all for tattoos just do it tastefully and also remember it is still going to be there when you are 80

I think it depends on the tattoo... I think full body tattoos are ugly on anybody, and women with large tattoos on their breasts are just begging to look hideous when they get older.
Something medium or small on a choice area (ankle, shoulder, upper back, lower back or hip) is fine. Try to remember if it is on a fleshy part of your body it could stretch in the years to come. Make sure it is something you don't mind your parents, teachers, employers, future children or grandchildren seeing.
Stay away from cartoon characters or boyfriend's names. Even if you marry the guy it looks tacky....
Oh and tattoos are painful so be prepared. There is not a legitimate tattoo parlor in the US that will allow you to have one under the influence of drugs or alcohol so it will be full on sensation.
Good Luck!

I have three tattoos and I love them. I asked my cousins because I had the same question as you on if it makes women unattractive. They both said no, that it makes the women look fun and more attractive. Don't worry about what size to get just get what you want. I first got a large tattoo on my back, then a little one on my ankle, then a larger one on the top of my back. If you want one then you should get one.

Some people think that tatoos are a sin because you are marking your temple. You have to make the choice for you. Don't do it because all your friends want you to or because you just think it would be the trendy thing to do. I personally have two tatoos and my tatoos stand for the death of my daughter and my grandfather. It is my way of dealing with loss.

If you are having doubts you shouldn't do it, or at least hold off on it. I personally have tattoos and love women with them, but tats aren't for everyone. If you are worried about people seeing it, get it somewhere that will be covered up by clothing. Plus, don't get trendy tats or flash art from the walls. Get something that's unique and that you can be connected to personally.
