set ur alarm clock twice, (what i do) i set one a little earlier (if i need to shower or have extra time) then i set the second one for my "normal rush and get out time". also i put my alarm across the room so if i want to snooze it have to get up and walk across the room. By the time I get up to snooze it i am already awake and theres no need to jump back into bed for another 5 minutes. Soemtimes if im feeling tired I convince my self to rush so I can get an ice coffee which is a treat and its def refreshing one hot mornings. So looking ofrward to my ice coffee def gets me there on time.

The "Plan to be there early" advice is good advice.
If you're scheduled to be at work at 7:00, plan to be there at 6:50 every day.
Every clock in my house is set at least 10 minutes early. Each one is different, and I don't remember which is which. I know if my bedroom clock says 6:30 and the coffee pot clock says 6:50, I need to leave immediatly. The only clock that is set to the right time is my cell-phone. I stopped looking at it.
At best, I get there 10 minutes early. At worst, I get there 20 minutes early. Either way, I am never late and there are never co-workers waiting for me to let them in.

Don't try to get someplace right on time. Actually make plans to get there 5 or 10 minutes early. Just waking up a few minutes earlier won't do it - you'll only stay in bed a little bit longer because you'll feel like you have more time before you need to get out of bed.

Dear Friend,
Your question is very important. It depends on many things. I am an employee too. I reach in office in time because of following things:
1. I get up early in the morning to seek fresh air of the morning. I love it.
2. From my mother told me this proverb,"Early To Bed Early To Rise Makes A Man Healthy Wealthy & Wise".
3. I have 7 assistants who support me in daily routines. If I ever go late office, It would not be possible for me to advice or warn them comming in office in time.
4.I always keep one book with me. When ever, during journey I find time to go for office or disruption in the way due to traffic block, trye puncture, I read my favorite Books on Management & Accounts. I found them interesting in my life.
5. Late on remaining answer, My one friend came home now.
Wait for remaining answer.

Maybe you should get up 5 to 10 minutes earlier than you usually do. That usually helps me when going to school.
