Your link says picture not found. BUT, if it looks like beethoven or maybe a bit like einstein.. it's a polish.
If it's fuzzy and sticking straight up, it's probably a young silky.
Polish will have normal feathers everywhere but the head. A silky will be soft and furry.
Edit: None of the easter eggers has any unusual crest features....

It could be an easter egger, ameraucana or araucana. All three breeds lay green/blue eggs.
