fix my sears large capacity dryer?

is there some kind of fuse in my sears dryer. I am not getting any power. Thanks

Did you check the breaker in the main box??

First thing to check is the safety switch that only allows the dryer to run with the door closed. The plunger that's supposed to depress the switch when the door is closed is a very common piece (and cheap piece) to be broken off.
