Kelly Blue book is horribly off about these sorts of things.
The car is a dark green GSR. Manual Trans, leather, sunroof, all the power stuff. It's also 115k and completely stock. The clutch is good and nothing on it is broken, worn or stained. Tires are new. It doesn't have so much as a chip in the paint.
I just have no idea what to ask for it and what I should be looking to get.

If you looked at KBB and didn't agree with the price, then start checking out other places selling car. A good one is autotrader.com, because you should be able to find cars the same as yours as a good basis for price. Also check out places around you, such as newspaper classifieds. Stay away from eBay, since often times the price is extememly skewed, because of either modifications or bad titles or problems.
Overall though, the price is really dependent on a lot of things. Use KBB as a basis and adjust from there. For example, if KBB says $3000, and you have all maintenance records, have taken perfect care of the car, and it has a perfectly clean title, add more to the price. KBB is only an estimate and a basis for pricing.

I'd check local newspapers and websites for ads for similar cars to get a ballpark figure for what they're asking. If you take out an ad, don't be afraid to ask for a little more because your bound to get offers for less than posted price before it sells. KBB is near worthless for finding real world sale values.

If you live near a major city, check out your local http://craigslist.com listings for Acura Integras. Should give you an idea of what they're going for in the real world.

KBB is only a guide as to what your car is worth compared to the average price paid where you live, you didn't say if the price on KBB was higher or lower than what you think your car is worth, most people put more worth in their car than what the car actually is worth
