I would personally give up my dreams for my true love?

I rather not give up my true love, will be with me till i'm gone out of this world no body will take her away from my hand & dreams are temporary and shallow it is only there to use for shot time

If it really is true love you shouldn't have to give up your dreams.

i think a persons dream means nothing if theyre going to bed all alone at night. really succesful people are usually not happy in their personal life. and i think that being with your true love, you are capable of achieving more dreams than you ever would on your own. two heads are better than one. being succesful is not everything and people who think it is, fall in the trap. then 40 years later they wake up with regrets. sure theyre filthy rich,but they feel a sense of emptiness. sure they love what they do. but they wish someone really cared about them, not just for their money or fame. it gets harder to find true love when you climb the ladder, and true love is what will make you happy, not money or fame. thats just an illusion. it doesnt mean you cant have both though-your dreams and true love but you have to know how to balance it out. but you should know...love comes first.

Never give up your dreams...but there is a caveat to that. If your dreams are to be a ballet dancer on the local circuit and you don't even dance...then it may be time to be honest with yourself about your dreams in the first place.
If you are seriously pursuing dreams and have a realistic shot at making them happen, then you should not let anyone stand in your way, but rather have people around you that can help you realize them.

You shouldn't have to do either. But life is full of compormise.
And a true love wouldn't let you give up your dreams for them.

I will never give up my dreams. If I have to choose between them and my partner, I'll miss my partner terribly. Dreams are what keep you going. They push you and challenge you to reach them. If you give up your dreams, what is there to live for? If love demands such a sacrifice, it's not love in the first place.
