Belguim and some American Craft Beers and then Germany in that order.

That purity law is not necessarilly a good thing, you can't have incredible flavors like from coriander and orange peel that grace some Belgian beers.

Germany, Hefe Weizens are great!! Although some American beers such as Magic Hat use that brewing process.

Best: Mexico (most of those are of German heritage I believe)
