Cheeseburger and Fries Casserole
INGREDIENTS
2 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 medium onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 (16 ounce) package frozen French fries
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Combine the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring occasionally until beef is no longer pink, and the onion is translucent. Drain off excess grease, and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Return to the heat, and stir in the golden mushroom and cheese soups until well blended. Heat through, and remove from stove. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover the ground beef mixture with a layer of frozen French fries.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven. When the fries are golden brown, remove the casserole from the oven, and sprinkle cheese over the top. Return to the oven, and bake just until cheese has melted.

Cook pasta according to directions on the box, drain, and add to baking dish.
If kielbasa isn’t cooked already (mine was cooked and frozen, so I just had to thaw it) cook according to how you like it, and then slice it into thin slices.

Add chopped onion and torn cheese slices to bowties, and stir all stuff together.
Add each seasoning, stirring well in between each addition.

There is always the famous Tuna-Noodle Casserole. Also, one of my favorite online recipe sites is www.recipezaar.com. I like this site because the recipes are posted by real people so the ingredients aren't super expensive and many of the meals are easy to prepare.

Smoked sausage, sliced potatoes, onions and sour kraut..
Cook the potatoes until they are tender, then layer everything else on top of them. Cover and cook until heated. You can also add green peppers if you like them.
You can also use hamburger meat and cream of mushroom soup instead of the sausage and kraut.
If you like mexican stuff:
mix 2 large cans of chunk chicken breast with a can of cream of chicken soup, a small can of mushrooms, 1 cup of sour cream, 1/2 c milk and a small can of chopped greem chilis. salt and pepper to taste
layer in a baking dish with tortillas and cheese. serve with traditional mexican sides such as refried beans, salsa, guacamole, chips...

ever made chillaqilles, its like mexican lasagna. poach 1.5 lbs of chicken breast, or use canned chicken if you like, sweat one onion with 1 tbspn each cumin and chili powder until translucent, add to this one cup each salsa and sour cream, and the juice of one lime, in a baking dish pour one bag of tortilla chips, one can corn, drained, one can black beans drained, chicken and sauce, along with 8 oz sharp cheddar, top dish with more cheese if desired, cover and bake at 375 for 45 min, uncover and bake an additional 15 min, or until cheese is bubbly and browned, great dish, add your own touches with some fresh cilantro or whatever else you may like. hope this helps
