im on an diet & i was just wondering
if it was. such as shrimp or maybe
crawdads? of course not fried :D

Yes, seafood is healthy to eat. Unless you are allergic to iodine. Many creatures from the sea are very high in iodine. They are also very healthy for you if you are not. Many of them are high in omega3 and other stuff that is good for you.

Most all fish and seafood is excellent lean protein so it's not only good for weight loss, but for good health too. Even the "fattier" fishes (salmon, for example) have a "good" type of fat and other things in them which are believed to be very beneficial to health.

If you don't go for the fried versions, and eat reasonable size portions (e.g., 3-4 oz, boneless), the calorie content will be low.

If you have a problem with cholesterol though, some seafood is high in it (shrimp, etc.) --but many scientists have also said that (just like eggs) the cholesterol inside a food doesn't necessary translate to becoming cholesterol in the body (eating certain types of *fat* will become "bad" cholesterol though --like saturated/trans fats).

There are loads of ways to cook fish and seafood that don't add a lot of calories/fat/sodium though... so you might want to check some of those out.

depend.
Some people are alegric to sea food. (Prawn and Octobas and crab)
They will:
1) Get pimples after they eat certain sea food
2) Rashes

if you are such people get your hep A/B injection.
