I know their are the Jim Jones weirdo's.But I am unaware of Protestants starting any kind of a Holy war against mankind.I see on here that people say how Christians have killed all of these people in the past but these were the Catholics.NOTE: I do not consider Catholics to be Christians as they do not attain to the word of God.

Believing in a Trinity and accepting Christ are 2 separate things. I believe there's a devil, but I have accepted Jesus.
To answer your question. I'm sure of it.

I thought to answer but scanned others' replies, and I'm almost covered. Protestants burned any number of English Catholics at the stake during the reign of Elizabeth I. And, a hop and a jump later on, in my part of the world, the Deep South, good Protestants, after the CW and up til the 1930s, lynched thousands of black men, women, and children. Most were shot or hanged but a sizable number were burned alive after the religious had taken knives to private parts and ears and noses, etc. Someone already mentioned Native Americans. Add Mormons, Chinese in the West, and, during both the American Revolution and the Civil War, people who publicly expressed opposition. No doubt there are other examples, but for now, these are enough, they serve.

1. The USA is a Protestant nation; have 'we' killed anybody over the years?
2. While I am not Catholic at this time; they may be closer to God's word than token 'Christians' in this country think. (Apply Matt.18:16, 2 Cor. 13:1). I am not saying I agree 100% with Catholicism presently; I do not.
3. The beast of Rev. 17, is the USA.

Look at the history of England where Protestants slaughtered millions of Irish for not being protestants.
Catholics started the Christian religion as we know it today... Protestants are people who broke away from the Catholic Church. That is why their name is Protestants, because they were protesting.
It is not good for you to live with hatred of others.
Claiming that you are a Christian and that other people are not Christians because they are Catholics is an ignorant and indefensible position. Also a position based on prejudice and hatred of other people.
Why not study how to respect the other people in this world rather than boasting that you are right and pure, and that they are wrong. When you do that you are being self-righteous.

Many people here, recommended you to read the history.
My personal recommendation to you is to read the news, in Iraq there are more than 100 000 Muslim killed, 2 000 000 homeless, provoked by the protestant army ruled by G.W. Bush and his associates the oil companies.
Also don't hear the false prophet words, about the Catholic church.

Catholics and Protestants killed each other during the reformation and counter-reformation beginning with Henry VII in England.
Also, the English killed many Irish, and were responsible for the "potato famine."
Then, of course, there were all the "witch"-burnings and hangings - many more in Europe than in what is now the US.
That's a few off the top of my head.

Have you ever heard of the Native Americans? They're not around much because many were killed by the protestant founders of the US. How about the brutal murder, torture and enslavement of Africans and African americans in the US? Both often done in the name of religion.
*Edit* It was Catholic priests who killed Native Americans? ALL of them? Are you on drugs? If that's what you believe you need to go back to a real school becasue you were lied to. Last I checked the settlers of New England and VA were protestants from England. And this is not to absolve the Christian Catholic church and its adherents from their roles in the Native American Holocaust.

Prostestants killed Catholics!!!!!!!!!!!!! In England during the toss back and forth of the crown, from Henry to Mary to Jane Grey to Elizabeth!!!
By the way, there is a difference between cultural Catholics and Catholics who have relationship with God and follow the Bible. They do exist. I am one. Cultural Catholics follow traditions of the church which are not based on the Bible or on Cannon Law of the Catholic Church which my family has studied in depth. There is nothing in Cannon Law that a Bible believing Protestant would have a problem with.
Also, have you read Luther's complaints? Nothing that he protested exists now in the Catholic Church. If Luther were alive today, he would not have left the Catholic Church as it stands now.

You've got some real anti-Catholic issues, don't you?
Trust me, you would not have wanted to be a Catholic in Elizabethan England. Or in Germany after the Reformation. They were both Protestant countries.

Read up on American History. Protestants claimed the Indians were heathens and if they wouldn't convert then it was okay to kill them because they had no souls. Protestants participated in slavery and were willing to die in a Civil war for it. They bombed abortion clinics. They burned innocent people at the stake. They believed it was God's Will to spread through out America, regardless of the death toll.
So yes they have.
Oh good grief I gave you a source. Pick up ANY history book and you can read about it. Search the IRA on the web. Pick up a freaking newspaper.
*Catholic priests are you serious?? If you truely believe that then you aren't really interested in learning at all.
