It's a pity because the Costa Coffee iced Frescato is much nicer than the Starbucks Frappucino.

Does the Costa Coffee have real milk and the Starbucks does not? You may be lactose intolerant if that is the case.

Higher caffeine content perhaps?? Caffeine is a well known digestive irritant. Ground coffee or filter coffee is often higher in caffeine than instant coffee.

Sounds like lactose intolerance to me. Go for non-dairy creamers, not milk or cream.
