With truck on and radio off, push the set button and press the seek or scan buttons to change hours or minutes and press set button when done.

When the motor is started or the ignition is on, press and hold the hour button until the number starts to advance and then continue to hold until you get the one you want. Then do the same for the minutes. They only advance so be careful as you get close as the speed of the advance gets faster.
