If he has the same feelings for you, time will tell! I have been best friends with my boyfriend for 11 years... And just two years ago he opened up to me, or maybe I should say we opened up to eachother! A lot of people will probably tell you not to date your best friend, but it isn't always so bad, because NOBODY knows you better, and they don't have to learn it all! You're not really starting out at ground zero in this relationship, because you already have years in.... Obviously he likes you if you are best friends, so....To get him to fall in love with you (if he isn't already), is just keep being yourself, he likes you, for you! If you wanna drop a dead hint about your feelings, send him a "stupid" text message or something, that's how my b/f got me.... To be exact, it said "I want you I need you oh baby oh baby!!!" LOL, it's something great to look back on now!

If he is not gay, then you don't have to do much. Fact is the only reason he is your friend is to someday be your boyfriend. He always wanted to be your boyfriend, he is just waiting for you to be ready. Therefore all you have to do is let him know that you want more...don't worry he will be more than happy.

sometimes it's best to stay friends...at least in my case i wish i hadn't dated my friend..
