There is a large movement across American and other countries for the youth to rise up and leave their local churches to go to large conferences and pray schools. This is a good thing, but is it drawing the Christians away from their local churches?

People love power and signs and wonders. I have heared about dimonds and gold dust appearing at prayer meetings. Do you think God needs to show dimonds and gold dust to show is power. I would rather people be healed and demonds be cast out of people.

What do you think?

1 John 4:3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
KJV
I feel people need to stayin their local churches to keep those going. However if God is drawing then some where else then they need to go. God uses signs yes but HE dont have to that is up to him.

Dear sean,

The church age ended in 1988. This is also the year that the Great Tribulation began. It is not a 7-year period as most "theologians" suggest but a 23-year period which will culminate with the end of the world and the 2nd advent of Christ.

Satan is ruling in ALL the local congregations at the present time (Matthew 24:15, 16; 2 Thesslaonians 2). Those who remain in the churches are under the wrath of God and may be "locked into" this position. The Lord Jesus commands that the true believers leave the local churches (Revelation 18:4).

Hello,bro!
And you're still marvelling? This antichrist spirit is there LONG AGO! The arrived Apostacy is obvious:
1) a lot of wrong Bible translations in complete opposition to the original Hebrew and Greek;
2) man-made teachings & traditions mounted up on one level with The Word of God;
3)the choice of human teachings above the tendency to undertake efforts to seeking the relationship with The H. Spirit and revelations from Him. Isn't just these enough for a clear evidence?

But the people who have experienced Christ & do follow Him ALONE, by pure Faith of the Gospel ALONE they're His True Church of who Jesus said that "the gates of Hell wown't prevail against it", incl. The anticrist. It's written in the Book of Daniel: "but the people who know their God will fhrmly resist him/the antichrirt/

Hi, I am a student/teacher of the manuscripts. I think all of it is pure nonsense. First of all, Anti-Christ is his own entity - he is satan. He will come at the appointed time, and there will be no guesswork involved in whether it is him or not, believe me: Why? Because he will come disguised and pretending to be Jesus Christ. He will profess to be Christ. He will do supernatural miracles to prove it. The mass majority of even Christian Church-goers will believe he is, in fact, Christ.
The entire event will "go down" exactly as it is written, no more, no less, exactly.
As far as Satan and the Churches go, keep in mind that Satan knows Scripture better than most of your so-called "Christian leaders" do, and Satan loves, loves, loves the pulpit. When he comes pretending to be Christ, he will come in as preacher/teacher/savior. Just like you would expect a loving Jesus Christ to come in.
Problem is, he is the fake. The word "Anti" in the Greek does not mean "against"; it means "instead of". He will be "instead of Christ". Antichrist will come on the 6th trump, but Christ does not gather back to us for any reason whatsoever, until the 7th trump, so the first one who comes performing great supernatural miracles and stating he is Jesus Christ, you can know he is the FAKE. Here is probably an over-simplification, but still pure truth:

IF YOU ARE STILL IN YOUR FLESH BODY WHEN SOMEONE COMES SEEMING TO BE CHRIST, THEN HE'S A FAKE. WHY? BECAUSE WHEN THE TRUE CHRIST COMES, ALL WILL INSTANTLY BE CHANGED INTO SPIRITUAL BODIES. If you are in the flesh, do not believe it is Christ, no matter what he does. "If someone says lo, Christ is there, do not go, do not believe him".
If you do, you will be one of the mass majority who will be harvested out of season.
All that "diamonds and gold dust", etc, is all just more confusion. Remember that Anti-Christ will be the final "King of Babylon"; do you know what Babylon means? Babel -
CONFUSION. Don't be confused, stay knowledgeable of the plan of God as written and you will not be deceived.

This spirit of Antichrist has been a part of the fabric of church society for a long time now. Literature, conferences and etc. have been spread among numerous denominations in an effort to integrate all faiths into a one world religion, which is what the Antichrist will demand upon his rise to power.

Every thing you mention in your second paragraph is a farse. It's a shame you don't know, but the Anti - Christ has already been here and working on the world for quite some time now. Read your Bible, it tells us who it is. It is the Beast of Revelation. And if you study the Bible and history there is no doubt the the Anti - Christ is the Holy Roman Empire, the Vatican, the Pope.

The Anti-Christ is not in the church today. It's actually too early for him per the Bible. Harold Camping, who is not the A-C, started the movement to get people to leave their churches and join him in his radio worship. From time to time, he innacurately predicts the end of the world, too. I think his following has shrunk dramatically, as sensible pastors leave his radio station.

God does not show His power through glitter and gold. All of that looks tacky next to creation.

The Anti-Christ spirit had begun to infiltrate the Christian Church even before the last of the apostles died. Since then, it has been running rampant and has manifested itself in many false doctrines including the trinity, the immortality of the soul, the hell doctrine, the rapture and many others. Jesus said the road to life is narrow and few are the ones finding it. Will you be one of the ones??

If the smoke of Satan has seeped into our churches then we are all in for a mighty tough time ahead,yet we should not fear because Christ will purify His church and defeat the evil one when the time has come.
I feel too that there is far too much novelty in the churches today and many are looking for the feelgood factor rather than centering on Christ Himself.

It already has entered in.

Matthew 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH has crept in the churches.
