It would depend on WHY one is wearing high heels. If one is doing it to inspire lust in men's hearts, I would say that is sinful. High heels are also bad for one's health, and endangering one's health without a good reason can also be sinful.

My feet think it is-can't stand the pain caused by wearing high heels.
As far as God is concerned - He is more concerned with the inner (spiritual) part of man than what they are wearing.

If you would like to wear them go for it....
For me no way, I have enough problems with my feet and legs without those horrible things created by a man for a women....

Personally I wouldn't know but I hear that the women who wear them hate them for how they hurt the front of the foot and their back.
