If a man has one wife and wants to marry again, it has to be based on need. Or to save oneself from sin but in countries were this is not legal then the law of land should be followed because this could cause the person harm.
Most Muslim men I know in my live, have only one wife, thats about 99.9999999999%.

No. I didn't know about that until maybe a year after my shahadah. Besides, the 1st wife, believe or not, has a high degree of say about that.
I personally will be happy with just one Muslim sister to marry.
