Balls. Big ones, made of steel. And talent. And a great bike that fits your geometry. Lots of hardwork. Dedication and committment to getting better. Practice and training. Willingness to give up other things and focus on racing. The same things it takes to become any type of serious competitive athlete.

Good luck!
