and who decides if it can be listed in the english dictionary??

made up words are called sniglets. And for a word to be added to the dictionary it has to be published at least seven times, nominated and approved.

Unlikely but Sure,
If you were to start using an "invented" word and enough other people (thousands to millions) use it, that word could be added to the dictionaries.
I am unsure you chooses new words to be added, I know that a list of NEW words is published every year. Last year (?) the word "google" was added!

Poets invent words all the time to convey a certain meaning that cannot be expressed with current available language, so yes you can invent words.

I think a "new word" has to be in fairly high circulation among a population before it's considered worthy of dictionary entry. I know Merriam-Webster adds new words periodically, and even has online voting to choose which new words to add. I'd guess you could "submit" words to them??

look at ridiculous constructed languages online. Look at esperanto, etc... Dictionary editors and publishers decide what can be listed in a dictionary.

um.... i dont think you can just invent words unless they are in a different language but it depends on what kind of words you want to envent. there is enough invinted anyways so i cant help you on that one sorry! :(
the guy puts them in the book is the english guys i guess im not that good at that stuff! lol
