If 600 calories a day is your max, you will probably make yourself sick and may even faint. You shouldn't go below 1200 calories a day. I believe, though, that you would be able to lose 1.5 kg a week with a daily intake of 1200-1500 calories.

600 calories a day is not healthy, I've struggled with EDs all my life and I know that a 600 calorie intake will just cause you to start feeling weak throughout the day, you'll be tired and after a few days you'll binge on all different kinds of food because of the sudden restriction on certain types of food and calories.
Firstly, be comfortable in your skin-You are beautiful, young and have your entire life ahead of you. You've got all your senses, all your physical features, your hands, legs, etc. When you wake up in the morning thank god for the beautiful day ahead of you and the gift of another day.
Secondly, if you really want to lose weight do not cut down so many calories just remember to chew the right thing, start the day with a bowl of muesli with skim milk and an orange juice or whole wheat toast and bagels. Spread peanut butter and raisins on top of either for added flavor. Wheaties and Cheerios are always good choices.
Lunch can be things like salmon, or tuna or you can incorporate such fish or turkey in a sandwich or salad and drink some water or juice. If you're going to have a salad have a soup before as a starter.
You can be creative for dinner.
Snacks can include-
apple crisp
baked chips with salsa
nuts
dried fruit
fruit bar
fruit
granola
homemade cookies
popcorn
vanilla yogurt with fruit

You need to eat at least 1200 calories a day to be healthy. The way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume.

You should really only aim to lose 0.5 - 1.0 kg a week to be healthy. Your plan sounds fine, just double the calories. Proteins, fruits, veggies and half and hour of exercise all sound great. Lean meats, fish and chicken.

Big tip: READ FOOD LABELS. Don't eat anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup. It is in SO many foods. If you avoid that, and avoid anything with trans fat, it will make a difference.

Good luck. Take a multi vitamin.

You need it fast? Why? Will the world come to an end? Is somebody going to shoot you if you don't lose weight in five weeks? First thing, try to relax and not panic. How can you make a smart decision if you're all rattled? Most nutritionists say that if you lose more than 2 pounds a MONTH, your body will feel neglected and will just eat to make up the deficit. 2 pounds a month might not sound like a lot, but in one year, that would be 24 pounds. Find a reasonable diet.

How much do you weight in lbs?

Usually just add a 0 to your weight and thats how many calories you need to eat to maintain your weight so for you id cut off around 50-100.
